Pages get things wrong. This page is how you tell us, and how we show what changed.
How to report something
Use the contact page. Useful to include, though none of it is required:
- Which page
- What is wrong
- What it should say, if you know
Reports about language landing badly are as welcome as reports about facts being wrong. On this subject, phrasing is not a cosmetic issue.
What happens next
Factual errors are fixed, and the change is logged below with a date.
Wording that misses gets rewritten. If the problem is one we should have caught systematically, we also add it to the automated language check so the same mistake cannot be published again.
Disagreements about contested language — where the community genuinely splits — get noted on the page itself rather than silently resolved in one direction.
We do not quietly edit and re-date. If a page's meaning changes, it says so.

Nothing logged yet. This site has not been published long enough to have a correction history, and inventing entries to look established would defeat the purpose of the page.
