Communication Profile
A short page in your own words about how you like to be reached, what your reply pace looks like, and what makes plans easier.
Most of us end up explaining the same few things to every new person. How long you take to reply. Why you went quiet. That you'd rather text than call. That you did want to come, and also needed to leave early.
It's a small thing each time, and it adds up.

This is a way to write it down once. Pick whatever sounds like you below, and you'll get a short profile in plain sentences that you can copy and send to a friend, a date, someone organising a group thing, or a colleague.
A few things you don't have to worry about
Nothing here scores you. There's no total, no level, no percentage, no type. You won't get a number at the end, because you are not a number.
Nothing here diagnoses anything. It doesn't ask about diagnosis or symptoms, and it can't tell you whether you're autistic or have ADHD. No questionnaire can do that, whatever it says about itself.
Nothing here interprets you. What comes out is what you put in, arranged into sentences. We don't add a conclusion about what your answers mean, because that's yours to decide, not ours to hand you.
Where your answers live
They stay in this browser. They aren't uploaded, aren't stored by us, and aren't attached to any account. We genuinely could not read them if we wanted to.
We count whether someone opened the tool and whether they finished — a count of events with nothing attached. It can't be traced back to you.
Clearing your browser data clears the profile. There's no copy on our side to restore, which cuts both ways: we can't lose it, and we can't get it back for you.
Sharing is something you choose to do. Nothing goes anywhere on its own.
Using it with someone
The most useful lines are usually the least dramatic ones. "I might take a few days, it doesn't mean anything's wrong" does more work than any explanation of neurodivergence, because it answers the question the other person was actually going to have.
You don't have to send all of it. Two relevant lines is a perfectly good way to use this. So is filling it in just for yourself and keeping it that way.
Your answers stay in this browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored on a server.
Here’s what you’d want people to know
Nothing picked yet — and there’s no rush. Choose anything above that sounds like you, and it’ll show up here in plain sentences you can copy.
